JUVIAS PLACE makeup worth it?

Okay so JUVIAS PLACE is a smaller makeup non main stream brand that makes eye shadows, brushes and lashes. The shadows are what seem to get the most attention on utube. Beauty vloggers like Jaclyn Hill did a PR video for them. Even Nicki Tutorials did a video showcasing their shadows and you see her face plastered all over the JUVIA web site. So, the question is... Is it worth it? Should I buy this product?

The answer is purchase with extreme caution. A lot of people have been writing articles about having problems with returns even when the product is defective. This got me wondering why.
.
Well, I found out why very quickly what everyones problem is with the JUVIAS PLACE return policy. The bottom line is there is no return policy for makeup, there is a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping fees of returned items. Not very customer friendly.
